• No monthly service charge if daily collected balance of $1,000 is maintained. If below, only $10 monthly maintenance fee.

• Allows excess cash to be swept from operating accounts to this investment account.

• Saves time managing cash since the funds are swept automatically.

• Funds can be swept back to operating accounts on a weekly basis.

• You may make six transfers or withdrawals from account each statement period. For each additional transfer or withdrawal, a $5 excess transaction fee will apply.

• CenterBank ATM card limited to ATM withdrawals only.

• Fees may reduce earnings on account.
